📦 How to Submit Orders
You can place orders in any of the following ways:

• On our website (order form or contact page)
• Via social media (DM us on any of our active platforms)
📝 Cancellations
Cancel your website subscription anytime—just make sure all invoices are paid and up to date.
🎓 Training
• In-person training is available within 40 miles of Niagara Falls, NY
• Outside that range? We'll schedule a virtual session
📦 Print Orders
Drop-off and pick-up available for cards, flyers, and invitations
⏳ Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. Complex designs may take longer—we’ll keep you updated.
✅ Proofs & Approval
Proofs will be sent for your review. Final work will only be completed once you approve the design.
💰 Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of order. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. Please have exact change if paying cash.
💵 Payments Accepted
We accept Cash, Cash App and PayPal.
